Mr. Cosentino is the Chairman of NorthStar Bancorp Limited.

After a successful 13 year career at IBM Canada Limited where he held various senior management positions in both sales and marketing he co-founded a computer leasing company in 1985.  National Computer Leasing provided financing solutions for major corporations across Canada and established a client portfolio of well-established Fortune 100 companies. 

In 2004, Mr. Cosentino sold his interests in the company and is currently involved in several other business ventures.  He has served on the Boards of several public companies and is presently on the Board of Enpar Technologies Inc. (TSX-ENP).

Mr. Cosentino attended the University of Toronto and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1970.
