Ms. Bianchini has been involved in a leadership capacity in a variety of businesses since 1970, when she became involved in her family’s company, the Leader Group, a leading provider of construction related services in the Toronto area. 

Her experience includes such diverse roles as: General Manager of the Calgary, Alberta division of Leader Concrete Forming and Skysun Equipment Rentals; Partner in Diamante Development Corp; Managing Partner of a large land project in Gatineau, Quebec; and Partner in a placer gold mining operation in the Klondike area of the Yukon.

Ms. Bianchini is currently the President of Leader Capital Corporation, a publicly traded company which is focused on the development of green-energy projects. Leader Capital developed a 200 megawatt wind farm near Kincardine, Ontario, which was sold to Enbridge Inc. in 2005. Ms Bianchini is still actively involved real estate and development in both in British Columbia and Ontario.
